Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost: a flat $3 per order.
Preorders: The Sweat Bag is on preorder, with estimated dispatch November 23–30, 2026. Transit time starts after dispatch. The dispatch window is an estimate, not an arrival-date guarantee.
Schedule changes: If our dispatch schedule changes, we'll email you an updated estimate along with cancellation and refund options.
Tracking: You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

On campus at UD? Pickup is free. Contact us and we'll arrange a handoff once your bag is ready. No bags are available for immediate pickup.

30-day returns: You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping: The customer pays return shipping.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method.
Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
